Description

CFB Centrifugal barrel finishing series offers the very highest specification including all key extras as standard.

The Wheelabrator CFB-7/4 (28 litres) centrifugal barrel finishing can be used for both wet and dry processes and was designed for refined results and/or reduces processing times for:

  • Deburring
  • Polishing
  • Superfinishing
  • Grinding
  • Smoothing
  • Radius Forming
  • Degreasing
  • Descaling
  • Part-on-Part Processing

 Examples of Applications Include:

  • Orthopaedic implants
  • Small precision components
  • Jewellery and decorative components
  • Aerospace turbine components

This standalone compact machine with touch screen control panel allows for simplified operator programming with variable speed frequency inverter to reduce or increase the speed of barrel rotation and process intensity between 20 – 150 rpm. The 4 independent rotating barrels can run either wet or dry specialised processes, so it is possible to run 4 different processes simultaneously in one large single, twin and multi-pocket barrel.
