Description

Easy to Separate and Unload, the RVS series offers the very highest specification.

The Wheelabrator Vibro RVS-3 (330/210 litre) vibratory bowl with separation and unload is designed for processing both smaller-medium size components and lower volume batches as well as prototypes. Well suited for processing metallic components and additive manufactured 3D printed components alike.

The programable touch screen control panel and frequency inverter variable speed drive 870 – 1500 rpm coupled with the CMS-80 water and compound metering system gives the operator ultimate control over the process.

The RVS-3 machine is positioned at a very comfortable operator working height and has a manual operated and reinforced unload flap, which provides lift to the spacious interchangeable separation sieve screen providing efficient evacuation of components and return of media to the process bowl. A high level specification finishing machine.
