Description

The GENLAB Maxwell wide body multipurpose box well type oven offers a unique range of highly efficient, reliable and accurate heating solutions which are suitable for drying and curing as well as for general laboratory and industrial uses.

Design

  • The exterior is constructed from sheet steel finished in an easy clean powder coated paint. The interior chamber is made from mild steel coated with aluminium (CLAD).
  • The horizontal style well type unit is fitted with a single opening hinged lid with easy lift handle, twin toggle clamp fastening and open support damper. 

Features

  • Capacity 325 litres in a horizontal style.
  • Temperature range: 50ºC to 250ºC.
  • Nanodac microprocessor/data logger.
  • Microprocessor digital controller with a dual display of set points and actual temperature.
  • Safety overheat thermostat and Eurotherm controller.
  • Forced convection triple fan circulation.
  • Easy clean powder coated body.
  • Coated mild steel chamber.
  • 5 pin, 3 phase plug fitted.
  • Air port in lid.

Heating

  • Heated by 9kW, 13 amps per phase Thyristor controlled heating elements.

Controls

  • The control system comprises a Eurotherm Nanodac microprocessor controller/data logger with the capability to record up to 100 programmes. Each programme can have up to 25 segments, these are Ramp, Step, Wait, Dwell and End. 
  • Eurotherm over temperature controller.
  • Mains isolator switch.
  • On / off switch.
  • High temperature reset button.
  • High temperature audible alarm.
  • Heat indicator.
  • Fan fail warning.
  • USB plug in port.
