Description

Morrisflex flat bed polishing machine with Canning 11kW fixed head motor. Powered adjustment used to raise and lower the mop head. The reciprocating table is designed to mirror polish work pieces up to 1800mm long & 600mm wide.

Not only suitable for flat components this machine will follow profiles and MUSH POLISH to MIRROR FINISH complex SURFACE profiles/conditions.

Work Table

  • Larger main table working max component size of 600mm x 1800mm.
  • Main table drive is via a variable speed gearbox and chain drive.
  • Smaller secondary table is suitable for smaller components 900mm x 600mm.
  • Secondary table oscillated with a 20mm swing and is fixed speed.

Total footprint 2800mm x 2000mm plus control cabinet at 650mm x 550mm. Total height 3000mm wheel/mop assembly 500mm wide x 600mm diameter.
