Description

This AirTech electric air circulated oven is built from a heavy duty steel box section frame with infilled 100mm thick galvanised insulated panels.

Suitable for such processes as de-embrittlement, stoving, powder coating, drying, composite curing and forming to name but a few.


Double loading doors with inner emergency escape handle and a unique stainless steel door seal.The ovens include the following features:

  • Electric 45kW heater bank for rapid heat rise and close control.
  • Roof mounted air circulation fan with positional hot air return vents.
  • Safety air recirculation flow monitor and alarm.
  • Side wall mounted control panel with Omron dual display digital temperature controller, "overtemp policeman" and a process timer which activates when the selected temperature is reached.
  • 60-40% Split load heating with PID modulation through an SSR relay.

The ovens will ramp at full power until within 20°C of the set point then switch to the PID modulation through the Solid State Relay (SSR) to accurately and cost effectively maintain the temperature and avoid any overshoot.
