Description

A second hand Hedinair Hotline Oven - The oven is suitable for all types of production work. Features include twin air circulation rear mounted fans, twin air vents and has wide double opening doors for long or wide product treatments.

Features

  • Control panel is roof mounted for space saving, with simple red/green on/off buttons, Eurotherm 3508 temp controller.
  • Maximum Temp - 250°C.
  • Twin rear mounted fans for even hot air distribution within the heating chamber during processing.
  • Double robustly constructed locking doors.
  • Removable single internal shelf with mesh gridding.
  • Two Vents to atmosphere with variable control damper.
  • Stand mounted with lower shelf.

Ideally suited to low temperature thermal treatments such as stress relieving, de-embrittling, tempering. 
Alternative applications being the pre-heating of ferrous/non ferrous/plastic/wood/glass substrates or curing/stoving, it is also suitable coatings.

This would make an excellent addition for those processing small batches / sample runs in a production or laboratory environment.
