Description

This secondhand AEW industrial batch oven is suitable for almost any application from simple drying processes to exacting metal treatments.

Typical applications

• Curing water and solvent based paints, varnishes and inks
• Curing resins, rubbers and composites
• Processing plastics, curing PTFE,
• De-embrittlement of engineering surface coating and plating finishes to name but a few.

• Temperature range of 400°C
• 5 Standard Runners for the insertion of trays and shelves.
• Additional high runner with hanging rail fitted.
• Double boxed mineral slab insulated construction.
• Front loading hinged door
• Estimate 12-18kw heater load
• Vertical air recirculation fan
• Powered fan in exhaust flue manifold (Only suitable up to 200°C)*
• Manually adjustable air intake.
• Tepatron analogue TC4800 Temperature controller.
• Digital Eurotherm 3216 over temperature controller.
