Description

Manually operated Rasamat de-burring machine, Ideal for de-burring complex shapes like aluminum extrusions following a cutting operation. Workpiece is held in a profiled aperture which can be changed in seconds to another profile.

The Rasamat 2001 is a safe way to de-burr most profile sections or components.

  • The wire length can be adjusted to suit the application
  • As the brushes wear they can be adjusted to maintain the optimum de-burring requirement.

The operation takes only a few second per end. A section or component is de-burred by means of rotation wire brushes which rotate and spin providing a 360° de-burring operation. All the moving parts are contained within the machine and any dust or chips are also contained.
