Description

Airflow Tunnel Oven and Dry Filter Spraybooth

Equipment incorporates:-

Airflow 8metre long indirect gas-fired air re-circulating Drying Tunnel with:-

  • 2 x  Air-knife vestibules
  • 6m Heated zone
  • Air blade additional drying
  • Ventilation fan and through roof flue.

Airflow Tunnel Ovens provide a zone of heated air through which products are conveyorized by mechanical means at a suitable speed to provide the required period of time within the heated zone. This type of continuous product movement precludes the use of conventional doors, the heated air is contained within the oven structure by means of air knives at the entry and exit points.
Typical applications:

  • Stove enamelling of painted products
  • Curing Powder coated items
  • Curing electric motor windings
  • Drying of damp products
  • Curing of rubber and other synthetic items

 

Airflow 4 metre long conveyorized-style Enclosed Dry Filter Spraybooth with:-

  • 1.5m wide x 1.2m high entrance/exit apertures
  • 2 x  personnel doors
  • Ventilation fan and through-roof ducting. 

Designed for use as an extractor of industrial airborne contaminants in a indoor environment. Typical operations to be conducted within a spraybooth include:-

  • Spray painting
  • Fettling of wood, metals or plastics
  • Mixing of powders
  • Decanting liquids containing evaporating solvents

Oven – 8 metres length x 2.25 metres high (plus 1.4 m for gas workings) x 2.2 metres wide
Spraybooth – 4 metres length, x 2.5 metres high x 3.6 metres wide
