Description

1000 litre Chromium Reduction Reactor, Waste chemical pumping stations with Control Panel.

A very high quality Chromium Reduction Reactor constructed from 8mm polypropylene and fully welded, complete with access lids mounted on top of the tank.

Chromium reduction is an essential process in the reduction of hexavalent chromium solutions into trivalent chromium, which can then progress to standard pH correction, flocculation processes (not supplied)

The 1000 litre tank is supplied fully fitted out with the following equipment;

  • Full tank height electric agitator
  • BAMO Twin Immersion pH/ORP probe
  • Immersion depth 200 mm, as a minimum
  • Temperature sensor Built-in Pt100 Ohm at 0°C, 3 wires
  • Length probe Standard 1 m
  • Construction PVC Head housing PBT fiber glass reinforced; IP 65 Cable output
  • Operating temperature 55 °C, as a maximum

Recommended cables Temperature, 3 wire type, shielded, 0.22 mm² pH, coaxial cable type 9060

A magnetic handle is actuated by an external float or counterweight, it operates the micro-switch causing electrical contact.
Components, such as screw terminal, are fitted on PCB; Device is rated IP 65; Connector is a 3-pole cable plug acc. DIN EN 175301, with PE terminal 13.5; Pipe clamps allow fitting on tube diameters 32 to 63 mm.

Waste chemical pumping stations, 2 linked units

A very high quality polypropylene chemical pumping station. With a 200 litre capacity, this pumping station is constructed from 8mm polypropylene and is supplied fully welded, with an additional polypropylene weather housing cupboard mounted on top of the tank, which houses an all stainless steel P41 Serfilco pump

Serfilco P41-3045-CS pump is a pump manufactured from high grade stainless steel and powered by a powerful  3 horsepower and  pumping a maximum 350 litres/hour

Specification

The Series 'HB' Sump Pump features corrosion resistant construction for deep sumps and chemical transfer, this all Stainless Steel pump offers unmatched strength and chemical resistance.
A vapor seal between the rotating shaft and the pump column protects the motor and motor bearings.
The shaft bearing and liner are positively lubricated with the product being pumped or clean water from a separate source by means of the bleed line. A spiral flush groove in the rotating bearing ensures a uniform flow of liquid across the bearing surface. The bearing liner is made of a special fluoride-resistant ceramic.

Located on the discharge end of the pump is a DIASTAR pneumatically operated air diaphragm valve, for use as part of an integrated control system if required.

Located on the side of the tank is a contents level viewing tube, where there are attached 3 BAMO liquid level switches, which can be used to indicate high, low and alarm tank contents and can be used in conjunction with the Serfilco vertical pump (control gear not supplied)
