A wash down booth with built in extraction and lighting.

Former Rolls Royce Machinery

This plant is one of several machines acquired during Rolls Royce's reorganisation of their manufacturing facility at Inchinnan, UK.
Their worldwide reputation for quality is reflected in the machinery and maintenance of their manufacturing plant.
Many of these machines include features that are necessary for the manufacture and servicing of high quality engine components,
but can provide a benefit to any industry.

Operation

Manually spray wash any items within the enclosed booth, powerful extraction system removes potentially hazardous mists and vapors when vented to a suitable ducting system.

  • Originally designed to be used with kerosene but is capable of being used with a variety of none hazardous cleaning media.
  • Pneumatically activated spray wash.
  • Galvanized steel construction.
  • Internal lighting.
  • Central roof access to allow for crane supported loading.
  • Grating support for floor standing loads.
  • RHF roof mounted axial extraction fan, 2.2 kW,  1400 rev/min motor.
  • Filter pads mounted to rear wall.
  • Adjustable lower front screen.
  • Tank Capacity=1760.
  • Electrical stop / start.
  • Option to fit a sump heater to improve the process.
