Description
1100°C Electrically heated Industrial Furnace with vertical lifting door and Eurotherm controllers.
Features
- Eurotherm Chessell 6100A data recorder.
- Electrical resistance Inconel wound elements to both sides plus under hearth heating elements
- Still in calibration until 2021
- Eurotherm 2204e temperature controller.
- Eurotherm overtemperature controller.
- Safety earth leakage protection.
- Power lift vertical door.
- Chamber height above ground to assist with easy loading via FLT.
- 2,900 Litre oven chamber capacity.
- Chamber dimensions 1815 wide x 1430 deep x 1160 high.
- Bifurcated powered exhaust fan, roof mounted.
A recent 9 point calibration by Eurotherm at temperatures of 750°C, 900°C and 1090°C showed better that ± 5°C uniformity.
