Description

This pre owned Marr Orbit 800 washer is an industrial quality, water based cleaning machine built for tough cleaning needs. Efficiency and long life are guaranteed from the heavy gauge 304 stainless steel construction with 25mm thick energy efficient thermal cladding around the tank and a double skinned lid providing high quality insulation and lower energy costs.

Operation

Rapid cleaning of all component surfaces with safe detergents is assured by rotating components in the motor driven basket in front of V-pattern spray jets, orientated from three sides towards the components. The hot wash solution is driven by a high pressure stainless steel 4.2bar pump through stainless steel pipework. A constant basket rotation of 5 revolutions per minute and the use of all the available spray pressure for cleaning and not diverting part of it into rotating the basket enables high wash solution flow rates to impact on the components and deliver superior cleaning.

The compact machine footprint and ease of operation for high quality cleaning provides a winning combination. Basket size 800mm dia x 100mm high(300mm clear under the boom). Electric solution heating, process timer, steam extraction and solution filter strainer.
