Description

Plasticraft Bright Nickel Plating Line with Ancillary Equipment.

Tank configuration:
Tank 1) Stage One Alkaline Cleaning Tank
Tank 2 ) Stage Two Cold Rinse Tank
Tank 3 ) Stage Three Acid Tank
Tank 4 ) Stage Four Cold Rinse Tank
Tank 5) Stage Five Nickel Tank
Tank 6) Stage Six Cold Rinse Tank

Nickel Plating Tank - 900 x 600 x 900 deep

This tank is  constructed as a polypropylene insulated tank on a stainless steel stand. The tank has a Eductor system supplied with the Eductors and filter pump.
There is also a removable air agitation coil provided that has a raised section at each end allowing this to be removed from the tank without having to drain the nickel solution.

The tank has a Titanium heating and cooling radiator panel fitted to connect to a low pressure hot water system that is to be provided by Buyer.

The bath has 1" copper anode and cathode rails.

Cleaning / Acid Tank - 900 x 600 x 900 deep

These tanks are  constructed as a tank within a tank, with a single rail across the centre to support work being pre-treated. Provision for the lip extraction is on one side

The tank Titanium heating and cooling radiator panel fitted to connect to a low pressure hot water system that is to be provided by buyer.

Acid / Rinse Tanks - 500 x 500 x 900 deep

Single skin tanks 3 off with a sump to aid pumping out waste water. These tanks are static rinses.
Tanks and Pump Stand

These items are fabricated from stainless steel to raise the tanks to 1200 mm from the floor and also support the Eductor / Filter system

Bund Tray

A bund tray was constructed on site on to the raised wooden false floor that is to be provided with an area for a sump, this will be constructed out of polypropylene, with a gridded flooring internally. The bund tray is to cover all the floor area with a grid flooring inserted into this


Rectifier

Small compact size rectifier capable of 200 Amps at 8 Volts.

1 off Nickel Tank – Titanium LPHW heating panel complete with mounting straps, liquid level protection boxes and flange fittings 700 x 800  x 1.5 mm

1 off Cleaner Tank – Stainless Steel 316 LPHW 2 off heating panel complete with mounting straps, liquid level protection boxes and flange fittings 400 x 750 x 1.5 mm

Electrical Control Panel

Power and control panel for 2 temperature controlled stations complete with 1 off Filter Pumps

o 2 off Low pressure water heated stations
o 1 x Filter/Eductor pumps
o 1 x Rectifier.
