The CMS-80 water metering and compound dosing system with freestanding control panel stand will let you situate your existing wall mounted control panel for optimum operator convenience and at the same time control the flow of water and liquid compound to your mass finishing machine.

Feed up with dirty components from recirculating tired dirty water or at your wits end working with a messy trapped volume of filthy dirty water process, then this could be the solution to your problems. All you need is access to tapped fresh water and connection to the waste water sewage drain and an electrical connection (3-pin socket or connection to your control board). Using the correct levels of fresh water (usually 25 - 50 litres per hour depending on process and machine volume) and liquid compound cleaner/inhibitor fluid (usually ⅓ - ¾ litre per hour depending on process and cleanliness of components and prescribed water flow level) to keep your components clean and protected, as well as ensuring your process media is kept fresh and stops the glazing process, which make the media ineffective. By keeping the media clean you will in turn be at optimise machine performance, keeping process times as low as possible and of course the media will not need replacing as often, providing an additional moneysaving opportunity. The new selling price of these items is approximately £1,525.00
