Slatted belt elevator feeders are suitable for the selection, orientation and feeding of components to automatic machines, or for bulk loading of components to vibratory bowl feeders, hoppers and consecutive processes

Components can be selected, orientated and fed direct to automatic machines or billet heating furnaces etc., the selection and orientation is carried out on a variable speed linear vibratory feeder, which is an integral part of the belt elevator feeder 

The slatted belts are case hardened mild steel.

A traditional elevated conveyor  with an electronically controlled variable speed discharge rate, coupled to a 250 mm wide steel slated uplifting belt conveyor for the controlled feed and transfer of parts.
