Description

JLS Heavy Duty, 2 Zone, Electric, Air Circulated, heat treatments oven.

With good temperature uniformity, this machine would be suitable for a wide range of applications and accreditations. 

Complete with roller tracked hearth, twin horizontal large air circulation fans, using a total of 75kW with each zone being Thyrister controlled, fresh air inlet and exhaust vent to atmosphere.

With two explosion relief panel in the side.

Cranked vertical up-rising door with electrical door safety interlock. 

The Furnace exit vent has the additional facility of an an afterburner to the exit stack if heat treating heavily contaminated materials.

Supplied with a comprehensive control panel controlling two zones for increased accuracy and capability. Each zone is controlled with Eurotherm 3216 programmer with multi-segment program digital proportional controller and over temperature control.

Furnace temperature controlled using the Zone 1 (master) and Zone 2 (slave)  for greater accuracy and performance

The oven control also comes with a Eurotherm 3 channel recorder.
