Acton Finishing Orbital Dual Finisher designed as a space saving machine with the advantage of economic processing by deburring and drying in one unit.

Hot cured polyurethane

The inner chamber which is lined with hot cured polyurethane can be used independently for deburring, descaling and general surface improvement.

The outer chamber can also be used independently for drying or fine polishing operations and is fitted with electric heating elements.

Patented Flap
The unique design allows the machine to be used as a combined processor/dryer. Simply by operating a patented flap arrangement the processed components are transferred form the inner work chamber to the outer chamber.

Drying, using maizorb as the drying media, is usually completed in one cycle.

For fine polishing, components can be retained in the outer chamber and discharged via a second flap arrangement into the customers receptacle.

Motor - 2 speed
The orbital dual finisher is powered by one heavy duty 3 phase dual speed motor, fitted direct to a common base plate

Acoustic lid
A balanced acoustic lid can be factory fitted to the machine if required.
