Grindingmaster MCSB 900 is designed for metal finishing and deburring.

The MCSB 900 series can be configured for metal finishing or deburring at an affordable price, built with many quality features that competitors only ever offer as options. This versatile and compact machine has a single 900 mm, drum head for use with abrasive belts for finishing and stock removal.

MCSB 900 Ellesco Grindingmaster is a premier industrial metal working multi finishing machine which has been designed for low cost stock removal, deburring and  edge rounding on a range of standard sheet, punched and strip materials.

The MCSB 900 wide belt dry working Grindingmaster is also equipped with a powerful motor allowing it to process even the toughest and heaviest jobs around.

The Grindingmaster is the first and still the best metal processing linisher on the market, used to deburr and finish metal parts. A small footprint and a low power requirement allows this model to easily be placed where the work is needed greatest.

Simple in operation with the controls requiring only minutes of training for an operator to effectively produce finished metal parts from day one.

The wide abrasive belt has been designed for pre grinding heavy burrs from laser, punched and water jet cut parts. Also suitable for surface finishing of stainless steel, mild steel, copper, aluminum etc. using coated abrasives or Scotch-Brite belts.

The choice of grade and type of abrasive belt  will be determined by the application being required: deburring or finishing.

Using a variety of endless coated abrasive belts and a differing shore hardnesses of the contact roller will result in various solutions for numerous applications.

A soft roller will provide a bigger edge rounding and less surface damage; a hard contact roller will remove more material on the surface and less rounding of the edge.

The locking system on the belt head assists in an easy and quick belt change, which provides you with the flexibility to choose between deburring and finishing within minutes.

Typical process applications covered by this machine:

  • Stock removal of multiple individual parts and singular sheet or strip materials
  • Precise sizing and finishing of parts and sheet materials
  • Deburring and edge radiusing of punched, nibbled, sheared or laser-cut sheet metal parts.
  • Calibrating or keying carbon steel, rubber, wood or other soft materials.
  • Grain finishing of any material.
