Description

The EFCO FAC (Forced air circulation) Is a top loading furnace with internal dimensions of 290 x 500, which is ideal for hardening, normalising and the annealing of shafts and machined components.

The components to be heat treated can be suspended from either jigs or placed directly in a single charge basket. The configuration of the furnace allows direct loading of components from above with a hoisting unit meaning singular heavy parts are easily catered for.

With this type of vertical loading, parts have less of a tendency to distort when quenching is the desired secondary operation.

The design of this furnace is simple and easy to maintain, yet has proven to be very robust, even in the most arduous of heat treatment environments.

• Integrated door safety cut out switch
• Thermally lined with stainless sheath
• Swing aside door with easy lift lid mechanism
• Long life nickle-chromium heating elements
• 650°C temperature range
• 3ph 415 Volts 

• 8Kw Heater power installed
