Sinto Roll Flow EVF 08R centrifugal high energy machine

This is a quality pre-owned high energy spinning disc centrifugal mass finishing machine with an auto load and unload facility

This machine formed part of the critical sub-contract metal laundry facility at Walther Trowal UK’s Surface Technology Centre. Riley Surface World staff have seen this machine working in a well maintained and serviced environment, prior to professional de-commissioning. Riley Surface World was able to video this machine working in situ and operated by trained and knowledgeable operatives. In addition the manufacturer, Walther Trowal, is available to support this after sale, see below.

The Sintobrator high energy mass finishing systems not only offers ultra fast process times, but optimum high quality finishing, labour savings with automated, repeatable, reliable results.

The Sintobrator was developed as a collaboration between the Japanese manufacturer of Sinto and the Wheelabrator group to provide a high quality, high speed finishing system with an auto loading, screening and discharge facility.    

The benefits of the Sintobrator Roll flow system include:

  1. Media and parts flow smoothly resulting in reduced noise level compared with other mass finishing systems.
  2. Finishing time is 5 to 10 times faster than vibratory bowl finishing and 10 to 15 times faster than rotating barrel finishing. 
  3. Reduction of finishing time resulting in increased productivity and low operating costs.
  4. Fully automatic operation from parts loading to discharge results in very low direct labor cost. 
  5. Less parts impingement improves surface finish. Roll Flow finishing gives a uniform, damage free surface.
  6. Improved working environment. Low noise and vibration levels provide pleasant operational living conditions. 
  7. Roll Flow can be interfaced with various production systems and factory layouts. In line operations and work cells operations.
  8. Complete and compact Sequence controller, variable speed bowl, tub rinsing, auto media screening and magnetic parts separation are all standard features.
  9. Roll Flow takes up less floor space than other finishing machines of equal production capacity.
