The Rosler separation table, is for parts/media separation which is carried out independently from the finishing process. Typically used on vibratory bowls with mass parts and media unload and high energy spinning disc installations.

Its features include:

Adjustable vibration drive motors.

In this way it can guarantee an optimal separation in any application scenario without any influence on the processing intensity during batch production.

Separation deck

Separation process is by the large area separation screen deck which is easily interchangeable to suit the components and media being used.

Abrasive resistant lining

Seamless inner coating of the table chamber consisting of noise absorbing, corrosion-proof polyurethane which offers a long production life.


Quick change separation screens – no tools required – allow for a flexible adaptation to any separation requirement.

Variable intensity drive

The sensitivity of the components determines the intensity and the speed of the separation process and is infinitely adjustable through the variable setting on the amplitude and drive weights.

Media grading screen

Under the separation screen is a secondary screening sieve which allows the re-usable media to be collect and the undersized pieces to be rejected and collected for disposal.

Suitable for other separation requirments such as shot blasting and mechanical plating.
