JLS Redditch Ltd Natural gas fired curing oven

A typically well-built large capacity second hand JLS industrial air circulated oven for use within such industries as aerospace, aluminium and general precision engineering for the stoving and curing of coatings.
Usable features include:

- Internal dimensions of 1700 x 3400 x 2000mm high.
- Twin vertical uprising doors for pass through operation.
- ABB Digital main process temperature controller and chart recorder.
- Over-temperature policeman controller
- Process timer
- Fitted Nobel fire suppression system
- Explosion relief panels in doors and side wall for use with volatile atmospheres
- Twin exhaust ports for atmosphere venting
- High performance recirculation fan with pressure switch detection for optimum temperature uniformity
- Robust heat resisting steel lining
