In the first instance, Riley Industries pays particular attention to the standard of fabrication in all equipment that is offered for sale. Tanks, enclosures and cabinets are, where necessary, leak tested, spark tested, repaired and repainted to ensure they are fit for the purpose.

Many surface treatment and finishing processes include de-ionising plant, water treatment plant and effluent control systems. This is due to the critical nature of the chemical solutions and processes that are used. There is frequently a requirement to refurbish, clean and test all control units, dosing units, filters and pumps to bring the equipment up to a good working order.

For processes that use de-ionised water, we can supply all necessary consumables, including exchange cylinders, and provide an ongoing consumable replacement service.

This service also extends to the specification and replacement of chemical solutions that are used in many wet treatment processes. We deal with many chemical supply houses, manufacturers and wholesalers and, through them, provide full knowledge of the products, dosing levels and safety standards required.
