Riley Surface World has introduced a complete range of forced ventilation ovens suitable for all thermostatic applications where a specific temperature is required. Capacities are from 40 to 700 litres, with internal chamber dimensions from 344 x 431 x 310 mm deep up to 700 x 1510 x 600 mm deep. Temperature ranges are from +50 to +250ºC, with a high level of accuracy in both operation and display readings. Models are available from stock or by special order.
All ovens have epoxy coated steel outer bodies and stainless steel inner chambers with rounded corners. They also have double insulated doors with silicon seals to prevent heat loss.

All models have a digitally controlled PID thermostat to ensure temperature stability. Ovens are equipped with visual alarm security thermostat and lockout with manual rest button.

Oven interiors have stainless steel adjustable height shelves and ventilation openings with manual flow controls. The heating elements are isolated from the internal chamber to guarantee uniform heating.
Optional extras include: additional shelves, 24 hour process timers, 4 step programmers, support stands, castors and RS 485 interfaces.
M250 Drawer Oven
Drawer Oven
The drawer oven is a useful addition to the Riley forced ventilation ovens range. It includes all of the same features as the standard ovens, but instead of the standard door it has a drawer with aluminium frame. The drawer has a silicon rubber seal gasket, a rear rabbet to prevent heat loss during opening and a magnetic closing system to ensure continuous use without wearing out the mechanism. The oven is suitable for industrial and laboratory testing applications.

Vacuum Oven
The vacuum oven provides a further option in our small ovens range. It includes many of the same features as the standard convection ovens, but with the addition of vacuum power from 0 to -1 bar and a transparent viewing door for easy inspection of the items being treated.
