The 'AirTech' series of Modular Box Ovens -
Versatile, safe and reliable

The 'AirTech' series of modular box ovens is designed for a wide range of surface finishing and other manufacturing uses.

Special applications include paint & powder curing, curing and drying of metal finishes and other synthetic materials and heat treatments for other surface preparation processes.

'AirTech' ovens are available in gas-fired or electrically powered versions with operating temperatures up to 325°C. They are built in heavy duty steel box sectioned framework with in-filled galvanized insulated panels.

Subject to the size of oven, there are single or double front loading doors with internal emergency escape handles. There is a roof mounted air circulation fan with positional hot air return vents, safety air flow monitor and alarm.

The Omron control panel includes a digital temperature controller, 'overtemp policeman' and a process timer, which activates when the pre-set temperature is reached.

'AirTech' box ovens are fully CE marked and available exclusively throughout the UK from Riley Surface World, who also provide full service and technical support.
