The Ultra-World Multi-stage range is for customers who require more than just a cleaning process. Multi-tank cleaners include an ultrasonic cleaning tank, followed by any number of additional tanks to accomplish any process required.
To process parts in a multi-tank system, baskets are manually or automatically transferred from tank to tank to complete the process required. Parts can be either initially lowered into a pre clean or ultrasonic cleaning tank.
Riley Ultra-World Multi-Stage Cleaning Systems can be custom built to a
company’s individual specifications.
When cleaning is complete, the basket is then transferred to any number of post-treatment or rinse tanks to remove the detergent residues used in the cleaning process. Optionally a final transfer to a drying stage can follow to surface dry the rinse water from the process parts. Any combination of processes may be included in the system.
A host of other options are also available, including: Filtration Systems, Dosage Pump, Automatic Fill and Drain Systems.
