Tilghman Vertical Recipricating Pressure Pot Blast Machine

With vertical single gun reciprocator and work piece rotation. Single front loading interlocked and timed door release, under slung hopper fed pressure pot.
The blasting operation is sequenced with the operator being able to select either a single or double pass application.
Currently configured to rotate a work piece of up to 300mm dia x 750mm long at a speed 62rpm between driven centers.
Adjustable reciprocation stroke of between 100mm and 550mm.
A mechanical variable speed gearbox controls the guns travel speed.
Can be adapted to either accept a rotary table or fixtured carrier.
Overall size 1.8w x 1.3d x 3mtr high.
