Unload Length: 400mm. Indexing or continuous belt speed. 415volts three phase and neutral.
430 grade stainless steel sheet.
Air circulation is provided by four motor/fan assemblies. Currently 12kw can be uprated to 36kw.
Pneumatically operated doors at each end. Eight test ports are provided to enable the temperature profile to be validated.
The 'belt' is constructed from stainless steel slats linked to chains on either side.
The conveyor is driven by an AC motor and variable speed drive.
Eurotherm 2208 digital three term temperature controllers. The oven length is divided into three separately controlled zones.
3 term Eurotherm 2216 alarm controllers.
A Chessell 4250ME 16 channel chart recorder is included complete with digital communications interface. An explosion relief panel is incorporated in the equipment. An exhaust vent is provided in the roof of the oven.
An air exhaust fan with airflow proving switch.
