Kerry Aqueous Ultrasonic Cleaner
- Stage 1 Pre clean or rinse, heated station with monitored deionised water make up and weir overflow
- Stage 2 Ultrasonic heated clean with weir overflow and pumped filtration with spray sparge return
- Stage 3 Twin Stainless Steel station forced hot air dryer with pneumatically operated lid opening.
Each tank has internal dimensions of 525 x 415 x 350mm deep.
The process tanks are constructed of chemically inert polypropylene with the ultrasonic tank having a 1500Watt submersible Stainless Steel transducer mounted in the base.
