Optimal Conveyor Fed Multi Stage Ultrasonic Cleaner - Special Offer
4 tank Ultrasonic cleaner with a conveyorised out-feed to a separate hot air tunnel dryer. Alan Bradley PLC controlled with separate digital temperature controllers for each of the heated stages. Maximum basket/carrier dimensions of 430 x 460 x 240mm deep.
The basket/carrier is moved through the cleaning stations by an automatic lift and walk common rail transfer arm.
All tanks are constructed of Stainless steel with chemically inert plastic pipework.
Stage 1 Conveyor fed load end with basket/carrier detection for auto pick-up.
Stage 2 Heated U/S cleaning tank with base mounted transducers, pumped filtration and automatic water make-up facility.
Stage 3 Heated rinse tank with pumped filtration and automatic water make-up facility
Stage 4 Spray rinse tank with filtration and automatic water make-up facility
Stage 5 Heated De-ionised rise tank with pumped filtration, DI water quality monitor-display unit and automatic water make-up facility
Stage 6 unload/drain station with transfer to dryer conveyor by way of pneumatic pusher cylinder, air knife blow-off on exit.
