Developed to satisfy the needs of inter-stage, in-cell and in some cases final machined component cleaning to a high standard.
The Solo parts cleaning system provides rotational washing, mist rinsing and hot air drying in a very compact footprint, saving on valuable floor space.
The Solo parts washer far outperforms traditional dunk washers, rotary basket and tunnel washers for cleanliness and effective drying.

All of the Solo range apply very high volumes of water through open nozzles to produce a heavy sprayed washing process that penetrates and cleans masses of small parts in baskets or complex parts in specialised fixtures.
Full rotation of the workload exposes all the component surfaces, machined holes, recesses and galleries to the process solutions and provides effective draining and drying of particulates and adhered contaminants such as polishing compounds, lapping paste and casting sand from the component surfaces.
While many components can be cleaned in simple baskets, complex parts may require a tailored fixture providing dedicated jetting of specific areas such as oil, fuel and gas ways, galleries and deep blind machined holes which ensures fast, effective and consistent cleaning.
Following the wash stage a mist spray rinse removes the chemistry and reduces staining.
The process concludes with high velocity hot air drying to ensure rapid removal of water from the cleaned components
