This is an excellent example of a large capacity Rosler wash plant designed for the continuous processing of high volumes of component parts, where more conventional batch type degreasing systems would struggle to achieve the throughput rates required.

Easy to use, this conveyor style machine is designed for components that due to their shape can not be tumbled but still require to be washed on all faces, these parts can be placed directly onto the belt.
The conveyor belt then transports the parts through the machine to all the stages of washing and rinsing using high pressure spray jets from all directions to the final drying,

The typical product ranges of this type of machine are, precision turned parts, sanitary fittings, spinning's, stampings and pressings, Automotive components, gears, bearing housings, Foundry castings, engine blocks, die cast components and in general all industries where care is required with the product cleaning process so as not to cause damage yet still achieving high levels of cleanliness.

This 4 stage wash plant is configured as hot wash, hot rinse, intermediate air knife dry & forced re-circulatory condensing hot air dry, enabling the highest cleanliness standard.to be achieved with a single operation.

As the machine is fully constructed of chemically inert Stainless Steel other process could be employed such as Chromate conversion and Phosphoric coatings as a pre-treatments plant.

The machine comes with generous process tunnel dimensions of 630mm wide by 550mm high making it suitable for a wide range of products and loadings from crated small parts through to large individual or fixtured items..
