Morrisflex Reciprocating Polishing Machine
Very heavy duty machine featuring belt driven mop head (11kW Drive Motor)
- Reinforced mop bearing shaft, 600mm wide x 500mm diameter mop
- Automatic application of liquid polishing compound through twin reciprocating spray guns/nozzles. Work is moved under the mop head by a chain driven bed.
- Motor unit located within the bed itself. Unit has variable speed drives and has motorised head raise/lower. Unit is enclosed for improved dust extraction
- Current bed length 5.7m, can be easily extended as required. Bed width, 470mm
- Pressure sensing capability to ensure that the correct pressure is applied.
