Rosler Rotofinish EF250 High Energy Disc System With Dryer
The Rosler Rotofinish machine comprises of an auto loading tipping hopper, High energy centrifugal finishing machine with hydraulic turnover, vibrator screen with magnetic separation and vibratory heated maize dryer.
The process starts by loading the hopper with the components which are then tipped into the process bowl along with the process media, The bowl processes the parts with auto compound dosing and process timer options before tipping the parts and media on to the separation screen whereby the components are removed by the magnetic separator and deposited into the vibratory maize dryer for completion whilst the media is returned to the loading hopper ready to start the next process. The machine is also capable of processing non magnetic components by the removal of the magnetic separator and reintroducing the full separation screens.
