This Mitsubishi PLC controlled Guyson RXS 900
machine fitted with an E700 MMI, has a 6 station planetary rotary indexing table allowing small irregular shaped components (300 x 300mm max.) to be automatically blasted and with its 8 individually selectable suction venturi guns, multi positional gun rails mounted on a vertical reciprocating carrier, complex shaped parts can be blasted or peened with ease and precision. The unit comes complete with a separate CY900/24 powered cyclone, 3 tier Kason media grading sieve and DCE C16-K5 reverse pulse dust collector.
