RJH Engineering Ltd Special Power Feed Vertical Linisher - Under Offer
The machine consists of a 150mm wide vertically mounted abrasive linishing belt fitted to an upgraded 1,5kW high power motor. The specially designed work pneumatic fixture holds the workpiece then automatically plunges into the path of the abrasive band before reciprocating across its face. The amount of cut can be determined by a micrometer setting device to a precise level, the number of passes across the belt surface being determined by the operator through the PLC control and its operator interface panel. The machine is further equipped with a closed loop coolant system keeping the workpiece cool and prolonging the belt life.
