Hand operated Hard Chrome and Chrome strip line with MS Chrome tank lined with 2.4mm thick plasticised PVC and reinforced at solution level with a rigid PVC strip 200mm wide. Tank mounted on MS stand, and tank lip height 1150mm from operator floor level. 9kW PTFE heater with thermostatic control with low level cut out & temp indicator at rear of tank. PTFE Cooling coil with isolating valves, eductor agitation system in PVC with PVC pump and valves and strainer. Also fitted with a pneumatically operated lid, hinged to the rear of the tank & manufactured from PVC and reinforced with GRP. A single sided lip exhaust duct is fitted to the rear with a blower duct fitted to the front of the tank to blow the fumes across the tank. Fumes are extracted via lip exhaust and ductwork and a chrome mist eliminator. A suitable rectifier can be supplied with control to serve the chrome, Anodic cleaning and stripping tank with a tank mounted meter panel complete with ammeter, voltmeter and raise and lower push-buttons as required.
The chrome strip tank and the anodic clean tank is similar but is unlined as the tank is in circuit and used as cathode and has no lid either. Also supplied with two Cold Water Rinse tanks of the same dimensions and one hot water rinse tank.
