Ex aerospace rack cadmium plating line with two plating tanks 1800 x 900 x 760mm deep 1000ltr capacity and one plating tank 1200 x 600 x 500mm deep 360ltr capacity. The tanks are of plastic/GRP construction and the smaller tank is MS with rubber lining. Two Cad dragout tanks and a rinse tank are included 600 x 600 x 760mm deep which are plastic/GRP construction. A Bewt P50 recovery cell is also included to recover 99% of the Cadmium metal and reduce the effluent load. A Chemlec ion-exchange plant is part of the Metal recovery system that can produce a zero process water discharge and is used to recirculate the running rinses thus creating a closed loop situation. Also including an evaporator to reduce the cation regeneration liquor volume. The unit has a comprehensive control panel for the dosing, circulation and operation of this essential treatment system.
