- Epoxy coated steel outer bodies with stainless steel inner chambers with rounded corners
- Double insulated door with silicon seals to prevent heat loss
- Height adjustable shelves
- Ventilation duct to atmosphere with manual flow controls
- Isolated heating elements to guarantee uniform heating
