This Fully Automatic Controlled Pyrolysis Cleaning Industrial Furnace is designed to remove limited amounts of cured hydrocarbon coatings from metal parts (jigs, fixtures, hanging trees, hangers, etc used to hold parts on conveyorised painting and coating systems as well as the finished parts themselves) by Pyrolysis or heating. The furnace does this by heating the parts to 430°C (800°F) thus decomposing the combustible material on the part to smoke and ashes. The smoke given off is drawn through an afterburner chamber where it is raised to a temperature of 850°C or above for a minimum of 0.5 sec to completely burn it. The effluent discharge to atmosphere through the stack consists primarily of water vapour and carbon dioxide, which are invisible, odourless and harmless.

Includes wheeled cart on rails to allow the easy loading and unloading of parts.

Will be fitted with new burners when ordered, therefore these can be specified to run on your desired fuel, be that natural gas, LPG or fuel oil.

Includes roof mounted explosion relief panel as is required on pyrolysis furnaces.

Includes internal water spray system and a number of temperature probes

Includes safety interlock on door to prevent opening of the door whilst the furnace is processing.
