Four stage ultrasonic aqueous cleaning system. Fitted with an Autotrans MK3 robotic handling system that also controls the operational functions of the machine such as filtration and ultrasonics, under surface sparge spray jets, pumped filtration too all wet stages. Control panel with temperature readout and manual function operation controls. Gravity fed infeed and outfeed conveyors.

Stage 1 - 1000Watt Pulsatronic Ultrasonic cleaning, complete with pumped filtration, spray sparge return, basket agitation with low level protection, solution filtration and solution heating.
(Available with Air knife basket blow off)
Stage 2 – Town water 1 stage water rinse with basket agitation and low level protection
Stage 3 – Di water clean water rinse with basket agitation, solution filtration, conductivity meter and auto solution make up.
Air knife basket blow off.
Stage 4 – Recirculating warm air drying chamber with pneumatic manual lid.
