Rosler Continuous Working Loop Belt Blasting Machine
This Rosler / Hunziker Universal Automatic Through Feed Blasting Machine of the SBI-series, is especially designed for the deflashing of shaped parts. The universal application can handle mouldings of different sizes and deflash in bulk. The work parts being processed pass through the feeding system, inlet vibratory tunnel, loop belt in the blasting chamber and outlet vibration chute channel. Parts from the vibratory tunnel are transported from the loop in the blasting chamber where they are turned over several times and at the same time they pass by the injector last pistols along to the poutlet vibration chute. The loop belt drive is infinitely variable. The parts are cleaned from the blast media before discharging by vibrating and air blow-off. The machine is complete with load conveyor, programme control panel, and dust extraction and media recycling equipment.
