The plant comprises:
Rack line tank system. 18 tanks in total, Average size 3300 mm L x 700 mm W x 1100 mm deep. PVC lined. Complete with anode rails, cathode rails, agitation coils, process filters and spray rinses.
Rectifiers 3000 – 5000 amps. With electrical switchgear and control panels operating all automatic processes.
In-line dryers.
Branson ultrasonic cleaning system
Overhead transportation system. With electronic hoists and travers motors
De-mineralised water treatment plant. For production of process water
Fume scrubbing and extraction system. For compliance with all current environmental directives.
Walkway. For operator access to complete plating cycle.
