PMD Acid Cleaning Line -

The framework is clad in 4.5mm polished PVC to give a clean functional operation and an attractive appearance. The work is transported from tank to tank manually by the operator. The controls are situated in a rear header control console mounted at eye level at the back of the tanks. Wet and extraction services are run at low level and electrical services at high level. The plants are self-contained pieces of equipment and all services are run to a termination point. Acid cleaning – 2 chromic dip 50 ltrs – 1 sulphuric dip – 2 rinses (cold) 1 hot (ss) + air knife blow off stage, all tanks 450 x 600 x 600 Approx 3.2 mtr long in 2 sections.
