A 3 stage fully enclosed stack solvent degreaser.
Carrier dimensions of 375 x 450 x 155mm high.
(Can be reconfigured to accept either a Ø400mm round or a 245mm square basket x 450mm deep.)
The system is a fully enclosed low emission plant with a number of selectable processing functions contained within a single stacked chamber including; immersion, vapour rinse phase and coolzone drying.
Stage 1: Solvent immersion zone can be selected with either or a dunking action, basket rotation and ultrasonic cleaning action for the removal of heavy solids and contamination..
Stage 2: Vapour phase rinsing with or without rotation to fine clean the products in distilled clean solvent vapour.
Stage 3: Coolzone drying station with refrigerated, radiator cooler and extraction fan for final vapour suppression and product cooling prior to removal from system.
Addition features:
Contained within the same enclosure is a solvent storage/distillation unit with automatic fluid transfer pumps and an externally fitted twin filter system that operates in conjunction with the machines cleaning cycle. An integrated lifting platform for presenting the carriers too and from the machines loading station.
