Vibratory Bowl

A New deburring & polishing round bowl vibratory finishing machine complete with acoustic lid.
APPLICATIONS
Wet grinding and polishing
Dry grinding and polishing
To achieve the required finish on all metal and non-metal surfaces an appropriate media and compound must be used.
The processing area of the machine consists of a PU lined bowl with a capacity of 250 litres. The finishing process is activated by a vibratory motor located in the hub of the bowl that causes the bowl and its contents to vibrate thus applying an abrasive action on the surfaces of the work pieces.
