Linear Vibrator Trough Machine.

AV 1000 Linear Vibrators are especially designed for continuous operation in a one pass process, while the work pieces are constantly fed to the machine at regular intervals via a loading conveyor. The parts are then processed along the full length of the bowl whereby they are then separated from the media by a vibrating separation screen. The media being returned by a second conveyor to the load end of the machine thus the process repeats itself.
The AV machines are normally integrated into automatic production lines and relieve the problems of having to batch parts into machines. They are especially suitable for work pieces with large volumes such as aluminium motor blocks, cylinder heads, gear housings, drive couplings, etc. These machines are often used in light metal foundries for the deburring of castings etc.
