A cast poly lined 1600ltr capacity overlapping helical viratory bowl. The "Circlon" CA bowl is an automatic vibratory process with its spiral design minimises damage and scratches to the component and with a work travel
of up to 5650mm long it allows continuous parts processing of same sized components. The process speed is controlled by the 22kW divorced variable speed drive unit with a range of 800-1300rpm. The manually operated separation flap can be used to extend a lengthy process by allowing multiple passes if required.
Maximum component size corner to corner 365mm.
Overall work bowl size 2400 dia x 2130 high. Empty weight 3500kg.
