This specialist wheelblast machine is built for the automotive industry for such work as shot peaning, clutch refurbishing and gear de-scaling after heat treatment.
The Satellite tables are each 300mm dia and at 310mm centres and within the loading/unloading station there are 5 work tables accessible. The working headroom above the work tables is 300mm (this can be extended). There are two turbine blast wheels - motor driven and standard media elevator and dust/media grading/separators etc. This package new today would cost in excess of £80,000 GBP (€99,500 EUR). Approximate overall dimensions are 3657mm wide 2743mm deep x 4876mm high.
